Georgia has been on my mind ever since I discovered it in 2012. With its varied and dramatic landscapes and a unique culture thanks to a strategic location balanced between East and West, this fascinating Caucasian country has much to offer. Besides an ancient viniculture, Georgia has a vibrant and colourful cuisine. Tbilisi is an attractive bohemian capital with plenty of interesting places to stay and endlessly hospitable, kind people to welcome you. Outside of the capital, there are magnificent mountains, meadows, cave cities, fortresses, cayons and castles to get lost in. Georgia has so much beauty, diversity and interest for all, and that’s why I’m currently based there.
“There is no other country in the world in which wine was so good and drunk so amply as in Georgia.”

GEORGIA EXPERIENCES
Tbilisi needs at least two days to explore some of the fantastic museums, architecture, monuments, and plenty more - and a fine choice of restaurants and wine bars to discuss the days findings.
At some point you will stumble across a group of young men or women singing in Georgia - often over a meal. It’s perhaps the most authentic way to experience polyphonic singing in the country.
Family-owned vineyards for an indulgent afternoon sampling food and wine of the region as well as the ancient tradition of qvevri wine making.
